Greeting from Chester and Betsy!
Let us give you an update, since much has happened since we were last in touch. March sped by with the wonderful Prophetic Healing and Miracles Conference. We were particularly blessed as so many of our staff and associated teams ministered under great anointing. (Look for some very positive changes in this conference for March 2001.)
May included a trip to our friends, Pastors Gary and Sharon Potter at Eagles Landing Community Church in Woodbridge, VA, who cosponsored two seminars with new friends at All Saints Episcopal Church.
During the same time period, we qualified a new team, Phil and Margi Wynn, to minister in the Vanguard Ministries Healing House in Chesapeake, VA. The Bishops, who trained them, are glad to have their help.
Our next stop was River City Fellowship in San Antonio, Texas. The pastors/worship leaders, Billy and Angie Nuņez, have such a heart and anointing for intimate worship, that we did not want to stop worshipping to continue the seminar! All of the teenagers attended the seminar, and received much from the Lord as they came with open hearts. A lovely open house/reunion was held for us, and provided an opportunity to see many friends from our 1990-1991 stay in San Antonio, when we lived and ministered there for ten months.
A highlight of the summer was leading a conference as guests of Pastors Leon and Donna Walters, and Dave and Linda Roeder, at CI Central. Working together, we did two seminars simultaneously, the RTF Healing/Deliverance and the Activation seminars. This worked great until the morning Betsy, who thought she was finished for that session, went home to wash her hair. Chester got to teach her part! Pastor Leon preached on Friday evening, and then prophesied a very significant word for us. (When Leon prophecies, it is like being under God's Holy Ghost Fire Hose.)
We also were blessed attending the Peter Wagner sponsored Deliverance Conference in Colorado Springs. Great speakers. Great interest at our display table. You might consider going next year. The Body of Christ is slowly waking up to the value of deliverance, that "you can't counsel a demon!" They won't follow your best laid plans.
Another thrill was to receive a grant from a Christian Foundation to help us train two national teams to take Restoring the Foundations Ministry back to their countries. We will provide ministry, the usual three training steps, internship experience, and training to be a trainer. We are very grateful for this gift that will help accelerate the advancement of RTFM into other nations of the world.
The teams that work with us have been doing an outstanding job. One team has seen frequent major physical healing miracles in the ministry room. Others have led great seminars. Excellent reports are coming to us, because of the work of the Lord through them.
God is doing some repositioning in our ministry, as He moves us all on to the next level, preparing us for the new thing. (Does this sound familiar?)
Personally, our joint prayer times have been wonderful, though filled with much repentance as God is doing an overhaul in us, again. We are grateful (on most days).

We invite all trained RTFM teams, all RTFM teams in training, all who are teaching from Restoring the Foundations, and all leaders who are considering raising up some aspect of Restoring the Foundations Ministry in your church, to our annual Advanced RTF Conference. We have made it convenient for you, by scheduling the Conference the few days just before the CI International Gathering of the Apostles and Prophets (IGAP).
In this conference, we want to support you, by providing information, demonstration, and personal ministry that will help you Advance in your knowledge, skills, understandings, and anointing. You will have time to update, relate, and activate. Plan now to be with us!
Dates and Times, Costs, Location
The Conference will start Saturday at 1:00 PM, Oct 14th, and end on Monday at
5:00 PM, Oct 16th. Registration will open at 11:00 AM on Saturday. (The IGAP
starts on Oct 17th.)
We will have five meetings: Saturday afternoon and evening, Sunday evening, and Monday morning and afternoon. Some topics under consideration are: Safety Measures to Use in Short Term Ministry to DID's, Communicating the Father's Heart, How to Build and/or Rebuild your Church Ministry Program, Working as a Team, New emphasis in Soul/ Spirit Hurt Ministry, Impact of the Masonic, and Keys for More Effective Deliverance. There will be other topics, including strategies for initiating Restoring the Foundations Ministry in your local area and guidelines for becoming a part of the Healing House Network.
Application Forms and Cost
The registration fee is $75 for a single, $125 for a couple. Please obtain the
Application Form from our office, and return it with your deposit ($50), or full
fee, as soon as possible, but by October 5 at the latest. The meeting will be
held in the same location as last year, the ocean front Holiday Surf and Racket
Club in Destin. People who stayed there last year were very satisfied with their

An old folk saying goes, "you're blind in one eye and can't see out of the other." This saying well describes us in America, those of us that are parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts, teachers and neighbors. We have been blinded in both our natural and spiritual eyes; blinded to the fact that our children, a whole generation of children, are being seduced and stolen away by the occult books, games, and television programs that are infiltrating and dominating our nation. We see nothing, as our television airwaves carry "Charmed," "Buffie the Vampire Slayer," and "Bewitched." The first Pokemon movie earned 50.8 million dollars in the first five days it was out! Harry Potter books dominate the best seller list. In 1998, two of the five hundred thousand people who were playing the occult role playing game, "Magic the Gathering," were Eric Harris and Derek Clebolt (Littleton School shooting). What is involved with this occult seduction? How can it be happening? What can you do?
In a nation wracked with emotional abandonment, lack of parental guidance or Biblical principles, children have sagging self-esteem, poorly defined identity, and an overwhelming sense of powerlessness. Many feel empty, vulnerable, and are looking for something. One enthralling answer waits to fill their vacuum through occult media: EMPOWERMENT.
With Pokemon, which comes as cards, a game, and video, the children play with characters who evolve and capture more and more power. Pokemon's seemingly harmless 151 characters, work through mental control, clairvoyance, and summoning spirits. It comes accompanied by a demonic Spirit of Fantasy. (Pokemon means "pocket monster". The children are encouraged to never be without one.) The enemy's strategy is the mass demonization of the very generation that God is calling to be the Joshua Generation and lead us into the coming revival.
What about the Harry Potter books seen on the best seller list for so long? The latest one released was an instant overnight best seller, as long lines of children (and parents) waited to buy it. These stories pull at our children's heartstrings as they identify with the winsome young orphan, abandoned and victimized like so many of them. Here the hero finds EMPOWERMENT through spells, riding on a magic broom, etc.
"Teen Witch" is one of the fastest selling books in America. Cindy Jacobs reports that a head librarian over the New York city schools wanted "Teen Witch" put in all the school libraries for the young witches.
How can we all be so seduced?
These games and books present "good magic," which is nothing more than
sugar coated, disguised witchcraft. Don't be deceived! The Bible calls all of
these occult activities "an abomination" to God (Deu 18:10). How can
you help the church take off her blindfold, and see reality? How can we stand
against this Occult Invasion? Here are a few suggestions.

PHW will host a three day Restoring the Foundations Activation Seminar immediately following the CI October IGAP Conference in Santa Rosa Beach. The seminar will start on Saturday at noon, and end on Monday at 5:00 PM.
