Hello Dear Friends,
Seven months of extensive travel are drawing to a close. It has been good, but very full. We have visited and ministered to many wonderful people, led many seminars, ministered to leadership couples, and trained RTFM teams. We have seen God touch people's lives in awesome ways, both in the seminars and in the ministry room.
The March Prophetic Healing and Miracles Conference was the largest meeting, with twenty ministry teams functioning in key roles. We thank the Lord Jesus for the precious quality of His ministry to those who attended. We thank too, the teams who were His instruments.
CI has asked us to lead this conference again next year. We hope you will want to attend. The dates will be March 9-11, a Thursday through Saturday format. We are expecting God to again touch us profoundly.
We are going to stay home for a while now, and focus our efforts on resources. As a foretaste, we have just completed a new edition of the Ministry Tools manual. (See next page.) Over the next months, we will complete the Issue Focused Ministry publications for Cell/Small Group Leaders, the final edition of Restoring the Foundations, and some other projects. RTF will continue to be available in a three-ring binder, but also in a new paperback form. It will be a reference volume, with indexing, etc.
This will complement the release of the RTF college-level courses, which are being offered through several colleges and universities. All in all, it is a fulfilling time for PHW, as we are able to help even more people receive healing and freedom, and move into a close, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and Father God.
We want to say a special "thank you" to those who have blessed us personally, as well as the ministry, through contributions. These funds will help enable us to stay home more during the remaining months of this year. We appreciate all of you that believe in what God has called us to do, and are partnering with us to do it.
God Bless you.
Chester and Betsy Kylstra

The story of Jesus cleansing the temple was "highlighted" for us again the other night. You remember, the one where He chased out the money changers and the others that were buying and selling. He accused them of making His Father's house into a den of thieves, rather than its rightful purpose, a house of prayer. (Mat 21:12-13, etc.)
Well, as we were ministering Soul/Spirit Healing, our Ministry Receiver had a vision of Jesus on the outside of his house, looking in the window as he was being beaten by his father. He realized that Jesus had been there when he was young, but that he had not had the understanding to ask Jesus for help, and so Jesus had had to stay on the outside. So he asked for His help now, as we were ministering.
He saw Jesus come into the house. He began to chase out all of the demons that were controlling the father and the rest of the family. He drove them out with a whip, and as He did, the father stopped beating the son.
"Oh Jesus, I never knew that You wanted to help me. I did not know that You could not come and help me until I asked You to help. I didn't know that You wanted to clean my house. I invite You to stay in my house from now on!"
The awesomeness of free will. We have to exercise our free will to choose to ask Jesus into our house to help us, first to receive Him as Savior, and then as Lord and Deliverer.
We may also need to ask Him to clean our house. Maybe both of our houses, our "literal" house, and our "spiritual" house. Ask Him if there are any unclean things that He would like to help you get free of, to cleanse your house of, so that it can be a house of prayer.
For our literal house, we can ask Jesus if there are any defiling or unclean things in it, such as a book, bracelet, souvenir, game, statue, wall hanging, fetish, figure or painting containing images of gods or demons, etc. Anything that is given "idol" status may not pass His righteous standard. Things such as these may give "legal" place for demonic oppression, giving demons free rein throughout our house, to do their work of stealing, killing, and destroying.

We are very pleased to announce a major overhaul and improvement to the Ministry Tools
(MT) manual. We have incorporated suggestions that many of you have given to us plus our
own experience (i.e., teams working directly with PHW), to vastly increase the usability
of MT.
Changes include:
If you already have a Ministry Tools manual, you may order an update packet for the remainder of this year. You must send us the front cover of your current Ministry Tools (the copyright page), plus $10 and $3 S&H. (This offer is good until December 31, 1999.)
The new Version Two complete manual, including three-ring binder, colored cover, plastic protection sheets, and new contents, is $24 plus $5 S&H (as of July, 1999. Subject to change in the future).
October 1999
For RTFM Teams Only
We invite all RTFM teams to come to the Advanced RTF Conference. We have made it easy for you, by scheduling the Conference just a few days before the CI annual Gathering of the Apostles and Prophets (IGAP). In this Conference, we want to support you, by providing information, demonstration, and personal ministry that will help you Advance in your knowledge, skills, understandings, and anointing. You will have time to update, relate, and activate. Plan now to be with us!
We will start the conference on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 PM, the 16th of October and finish Monday afternoon, the 18th. (The IGAP starts on Tuesday.)
We will meet Saturday afternoon and evening, Sunday evening, and Monday morning and afternoon. We are also inviting all of the attendees to a reception at our home Sunday afternoon.
The registration fee is $75 for a single, $125 for a couple. Please obtain the Application/Survey Form from our office (or print it from this web site) and return it with your deposit ($50), or full fee, as soon as possible, but by September 24 at the latest.
As we are planning the agenda for the Advanced Conference, we are including time for special occasions that will be the most help to you. A Survey Form, listing different possible topics and events, will be included with your Application Form. Please help us help you, by ranking the topics according to your preferences, and promptly returning the Form. To encourage you to return the completed Survey, we will have a drawing of the submitted Surveys (only one per person, please!), with gifts for the winners.
For the purpose of this Advanced Conference, we are defining a RTFM team as a couple, or two men, or two women, that have completed the three-step Training Process used by PHW with a PHW recognized/qualified RTFM trainer.*
While we dislike excluding anyone who would like to benefit from attending a PHW conference/seminar, if you do not have the training and experience of a RTFM team, the Advanced purpose of this conference will be greatly diminished, if not lost. It is similar to attending a graduate level course at the university without first earning your under-graduate degree.
Here is a list of the recognized RTFM trainers: David Alei, Steve and Cindi Bishop, Lois Blanchard, John and Barbara Briggs, Win and Margaret Brisbin, Charles and Jackie Clifton, Don and Sherri Dodd, Mike and Michele Green, Tommy and Pat James, Chester and Betsy Kylstra, Michel and Lindsey Lefebure, Paul and Barbara Love, Terre Penn, Phil and Gloria Prather, Dorathy Ferguson Railey, Tony and Beverly Rezendes, David and Linda Roeder, Teddy Sawka, Bob and Sue Thiede, Jan Wallens (deceased), and Tanna Watkins.
(If you were trained by someone not on this list, or if you were trained by a RTFM team before they received their training as trainers, please check with our office.)
