Dear Friends,
It is a pleasure for us to communicate with you and share the exciting things
God is doing with the Restoring the Foundations revelation. Special people are
catching the vision and joining in the mission to bring significant healing and
deliverance to the Body of Christ. There is much to share, but we will do it via
the various articles.
Before closing this note, however, we are very pleased to introduce Pastors Joe
and Debbie Senesi to you as the new writers, editors, and publishers of this
newsletter. We look forward to more frequent communication with you through

PS: We were blessed to be interviewed by Sid Roth of the Messianic Vision radio
program. He also has a big heart for the healing of God’s people. The
interview will be aired in 15 minute segments for one week in mid-October. It
will also be available to hear on their web site at www.sidroth.org.
Check the web site for the stations carrying Sid and "listen in" if
you like. We will be interviewed for their TV program in October.

Seminar in Tonbridge |
We could see the famous hedgerows and neat plots of land as
our plane touched down in England: a land where our nation has such significant
roots. We knew this trip was more than a visit or a chance to do seminars,
ministry, and training. This trip was about answering the question, "Lord,
do we have a long term relationship with your people in this nation?"
As we met with our friends, Pastor Dave and Dee Alei, as we ministered to a
leadership couple from Elim Pentecostal Fellowship, as we met with Dr. Sharon
Stone and her pastors and people (CI Europe), as we returned to Tonbridge with
the Foxwell’s (Partners in Harvest Network church), we found the answer to be
a resounding, "Yes."

We not only had the witness of God’s Spirit, but also a
level of receptivity on their part that pulled on one’s best. It was all
there. An actual invitation came directly from Sharon Stone. "Consider
setting up a Europe headquarters with us and through us. We will help you in any
way we can."
The UK, once the womb of some of the greatest ministers and revivals, is now
only three percent Christian. Our desire is to build and establish with each one
of these networks. We want to help them develop RTF lay ministers and eventually
regional Healing Houses that will be "in place" and ready for the
harvest.

A number of the ministry teams
associated with the Healing House Network (see "below" story) already have a
vision to help us by committing to long-term building of relationships in
England. We are excited about this expansion and thrust forward.
An additional highlight: A weekend get-away to Holland with pastor friends David
and Faith Dalley (Bath, UK) where we also visited one of Chester’s cousins.
One of the highlights of our year is the RTF Advanced
Conference. Last year was a wonderful time of networking, sharing, and
fellowship. Among many anointed teachings, there was one on the Dissociative
Personality, which left us more aware and better equipped to minister in this
area. We are thankful for the opportunity to encourage you and equip you with
new information.
We would like to invite all trained Restoring the Foundations Ministers and
church leaders interested in this ministry to the Advanced RTF Conference.

We are pleased to announce that on October 27-29, 2001 (immediately following the Christian International Gathering of the Apostles and Prophets), the Healing House Network will sponsor a RTF Activation Seminar. The seminar will be held in Santa Roosa Beach, FL, and will be led Tommy and Pat James, a Healing House Network Team. The cost is $150.00 per person. This is the last scheduled Activation of the year, so plan to attend.
I cannot say enough about the very positive impact the
Restoring The Foundations Ministry (RTFM) program has had on our church. Since
1997, we have partnered with Chester & Betsy Kylstra and Proclaiming His
Word in offering this powerful healing and deliverance ministry to our church
family. The fruit of God’s work through RTFM has been evident from the start
and continues to this day.
We have seen many individuals and families, including members of our staff and
church leadership, experience freedom from the bondage of the enemy. Often,
those who have received RTFM ministry are so profoundly changed that they don’t
even appear to be the same people as before. That is because they are not the
same! They have been loosed from so many things that have held them back,
they are now empowered to pursue continuing wholeness and God’s purposes for
their lives.
In addition to those victories, it is a thrill for me as Pastor to make this
ministry available to our congregation on an ongoing basis. We are able to do
this through our RTF lay ministry teams who have been trained to bring people
through the thorough format of RTFM. Thanks to a creative training model
developed by the Kylstra’s, over 16 members of our church have gone through
every phase of RTFM training right here in their home church.
Our RTF healing and deliverance ministry is now one of the most fruitful
programs in our church. We continue to see lives changed and people released
into powerful ministry as God uses RTFM to bless our congregation.

On January 1st of 2001 we officially launched the Healing House
Network (HHN). What for several years had been informal referrals and oversight
relationships among Restoring the Foundations (RTF) ministry teams was finally
formalized into a network.
God made it very clear in the second half of 2000 that we were to release the
well-qualified and faithful teams working with Proclaiming His Word into their
own ministries. He wanted them free to grow and mature. At the same time He
continued to charge us with the responsibility of providing quality and
integrity in training and RTF ministry. Thus the birth of the Healing House
Network.
Twenty-six RTF ministry teams are currently members of the HHN, with several
more teams scheduled to complete the qualification process in the near future.
These members are qualified to minister at the 5-fold level as extra-local
ministers to the Body of Christ. They are bringing personal RTF ministry to
leaders and others, training church RTF lay ministry teams, conducting RTF
seminars, and helping establish church programs. We are very proud of their
commitment to the Lord and their excellence in ministry.
The HHN national office serves two primary functions. It provides ongoing
training and "quality control" of the RTF ministry conducted by the
teams. It also receives calls and EMails from throughout the nation (and the
world). Ministry requests, after an initial screening, are referred to the
appropriate HHN ministry team.
We are busy helping other ministers become healed and free so that they can
fulfill their call and destiny. For those with a similar vision to ours, we also
want to help them be trained and equipped as RTF ministers. The HHN is the
vehicle through which to provide support, referrals, relationship, and
accountability for all those desiring to co-labor with us.

The blessed words of our Lord Jesus can now be applied to our videotaping project. After numerous attempts these long awaited video courses are being completed.
RTF Healing and Deliverance Course
This course consist of 15 50-55 minute church friendly sessions. These are
suitable for use in a Sunday School or adult education setting. This course lays
the scriptural foundation for God’s healing and His pathway for receiving it.
Included are demonstrations and group ministry to clarify the process. If
you desire, you can "enter in" to God’s healing and freedom during
the group ministry.
Upon completion of this course you will understand the Integrated Approach to
Healing Ministry and have a desire for God’s healing. You will want to be set
free from the burdens of the past so you can live completely for Him today. This
video course will be available late September 2001.
RTF Activation Course
This 18-hour course is intended to equip church or cell/small group leaders
to minister effectively to their members using the RTF Issue-Focused Ministry.
By selecting one problem, focusing on it, and applying the ministry steps, you
will see dramatic results in the life of your church or cell/small group member.
The truth of God’s word will break through into their life and bring freedom.
Two things are required for you to participate in this proactive course. First,
a partner, so you can practice what you learn. You will both receive ministry
and minister to your partner. Second, a trained facilitator to oversee the
practice sessions. This video will be available Nov-Dec 2001. Call the office
for details.
We want to express our special thanks to Pastors John and Carol Arnott and the
leadership teams at the Toronto Airport Fellowship in Toronto, Canada, for their support
by providing the resources to create the video courses.
Do you want academic credit for your Restoring the Foundations training? Chester and Betsy, faculty members of the Wagner Leadership Institute, will be teaching the third and fourth modules of the Power-Based Counseling Fast Track in September.
